If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
We accept returns in the following cases:
✔ You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
✔ The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
✔ You initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for:
✘ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
✘ Accessories (unless defective)
✘ Clearance / sale items (non-returnable)
✘ Wrong size ordered by the customer (exchange may be allowed if stock permits)
If you need a different size or replacement:
Exchanges are subject to availability
If the item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund
Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on your location
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product)
Depending on the situation:
If GoldenCordz is at fault (wrong item, damaged product):
We cover the return shipping.
If the customer changed their mind / ordered the wrong size:
Customer will bear the return shipping cost.
We will provide you with the correct return address once your request is approved.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After dispatch, cancellations are not possible — but you may be eligible for a return after delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
Innerwear
Accessories without defects
Discounted / clearance items
Customized or personalized products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
Take clear photos/videos of the issue
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will provide a fast replacement or refund
