Return & Refund Policy — GoldenCordz

At GoldenCordz, your satisfaction matters to us.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

✔ You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
✔ The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
✔ You initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

✘ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
✘ Accessories (unless defective)
✘ Clearance / sale items (non-returnable)
✘ Wrong size ordered by the customer (exchange may be allowed if stock permits)

2. Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or replacement:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund

  • Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on your location

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product)

4. Return Shipping

Depending on the situation:

If GoldenCordz is at fault (wrong item, damaged product):

  • We cover the return shipping.

If the customer changed their mind / ordered the wrong size:

  • Customer will bear the return shipping cost.

We will provide you with the correct return address once your request is approved.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After dispatch, cancellations are not possible — but you may be eligible for a return after delivery.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Innerwear

  • Accessories without defects

  • Discounted / clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

7. Incorrect or Damaged Product Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the issue

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. We will provide a fast replacement or refund

8. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting images (if applicable)

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  • Check your bank/UPI account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • If issues persist, email us and we’ll help you track it

10. Policy Updates

GoldenCordz may update this Return & Refund Policy occasionally.
All changes take effect once posted on this page.
